It depends on the number of units and how complete your data set is. The three phases are design (kick-off, data collection, functional design specification), development and tuning, then site implementation. We give an indicative schedule once we have seen the unit scope and the available data.

In most cases yes. We have delivered emulations of Honeywell TDC-3000, ABB Procontrol P13 and Yokogawa consoles, along with a vendor-neutral generic DCS interface and one-to-one emulation of conventional hard panels. Tell us what is installed and we will confirm.
Yes — academic work is roughly half of what we do. That covers simulation modules for unit operations, physical lab-scale control trainers, PLC and DCS trainer kits, and full pilot plants under SCADA control.
Both. We have run on-site programmes at power stations, refineries and engineering colleges, typically in three-day or one-week formats, and we also host training at our Mumbai facility.
